This book addresses a very important topic: dating violence. The story of Madalena and Bernardo in two stages, the past and the present, so that the reader can understand, among other things, that a person does not fall in love with an aggressor! If, on the one hand, we see the naivety of the beginning of a relationship (the red flags were there!!), on the other hand, we see an already very toxic relationship. In the past even we fell in love with Bernardo, in the present it is no longer like that. The present, obviously, has Coimbra as a backdrop. (Somos o que lemos)
