Comment:
The project is the result of an initiative by the regional association Egalité Par l’Éducation (EPE, Equality through Education), which chose the comic format as a tool for teaching equality in the classroom. Each story is illustrated in a different, and highly original, style. The book is designed for teaching rather than to be read cover to cover for pleasure, and the tone is sometimes rather didactic, but it is nonetheless useful for its clear demonstration of the dangers of sexism and intolerance for a young readership.
