Summary:
Lee goes to elementary school and lives together with his dad in a yellow apartment building. Lee’s mother Sipe lives in India and keeps in contact with her child via video calls. Lee, feeling like an outsider, doesn’t like loud noises. He tries to make his classmates laugh, but others think he’s weird. However, Lee has a good imagination and collects stones that give him special powers.

The children’s novel is about Lee, who feels different from others. The book deals with the feeling of being an outsider, as well as the sensitivity and rich imagination of a child. Lee is hypersensitive and the story also includes another child with special needs, Lii, who is a mute.
