A Vila das Cores

(The village of colors) Book not yet available in English

Summary:

The Violet Family came to remind the villagers that, with so many colours in the world, there is no reason for indifference or prejudice. We are all different and should be free to live as we please. And it is from all this diversity that richness comes.

Comment:

Regardless of the reader’s age and the ideas of the reading mediator, this is a book that should be read (or given to read) by everyone, whether in the formal educational sphere or outside it. It is a book that, in a playful way, addresses such a sensitive and current topic, adoption by homosexual couples, in addition to the (physical) difference. We are all different and it is in this difference that human wealth resides.
