Summary:
The Vundaba deer (Vu) is different from the others. He has one horn, but he is a showy sweet talker. The silent ladybird and the frightened swallow are his friends. His world is fragile and delicate, but perfect in his eyes. For his friends is the opposite.
The book is a good starting point for conversations with children on topics such as differences, friendship, death, and loss.
