Os Meus Dois Pais

(My two fathers) Book not yet available in English

Summary:

“A novel that retraces the lives of Eduardo and Tiago over almost twenty years. They met in Oporto’s hottest nightclub and their love was at first sight. Just when life was going great for them, a night of betrayal with his ex-girlfriend shatters all their previously idealised dreams when they learn that Tiago is going to be a father. Forced into a marriage against his will, so as not to be separated from his son, their lives radically change direction and meaning. Years later, after a tragedy, they meet again and the flame that once existed between them is rekindled. But now Tiago has to think about his son Rodrigo. Will the two of them be able to fulfil this mission, raise that child and live out their love? This is a love story told through the eyes of a child who became a man too soon; he too ended up loving unconditionally the two men he considered his two fathers.”
