Summary:
“Paths of Fire” tells the story of Karim and Amal, a brother and sister who lost their family in Syria in a bombing during the war there. They embark on a dangerous journey to their relatives in Germany, but by chance they settle in Bulgaria. Amal is left speechless by the shock she experiences when the family home is destroyed by a bomb. Karim loses his young wife, his mother, his father and his two younger twin brothers. He and Amal are left alone. During the journey, they encounter many difficulties and other migrants with a similar fate. In Bulgaria, although among strangers in faith, they find people who help them on the path to salvation.
