Summary:
Two women at the top of the historical pyramid. One is a princess of royal lineage, the other is a daughter of her time. Between them – six hundred years. Both have power, fame and money. Both have lonely souls. And they are looking for something to dedicate their lives to. Before one, the entire Tarnovo Kingdom falls to its knees and sends her to the tent of Sultan Murad. The other sacrifices her life for the good name of Bulgaria before the world. In the end, both find love – albeit in the most impossible way. And then the people send them away, mourned and preserve them forever in their myths and memories. An elegy of power, sacrifice and loneliness!
